Connecting us to
a better future

an initiative by Cherrylake

1000 Trees for 1000 Years has donated thousands of Bald Cypress trees, a keystone species of the region, to be planted in protected conservation areas around the Southeast United States. Knowing that many of these will live to benefit the earth for the next 1,000 years to come, the simple act of planting a tree today is connecting us to a better future.

Trees help to clean the air and water, provide habitat for thousands of other species, absorb carbon from the atmosphere and lower temperatures. In coming together as a community to plant trees we build meaningful connections with our neighbors and connect ourselves to future generations who will benefit from the lasting impacts of these trees.

Interested in learning how we can work together to make a better future?

We are accepting applications now through August 30 for donations of Bald Cypress trees for tree planting projects and giveaways in the Southeast United States. If you would like to be considered or learn more, please below to apply. You can also email us at trees@cherrylake.com with any questions.
